I found it enlightening in odd ways, I don’t necessarily find the book very relevant to Toronto or the current real estate market. And as a immigrant and economist the true opportunity cost of non value producing assets isn’t new to me. But on the same note its a rare and honest poke of how little higher education really correlates to higher income or standard of living that otherwise as a immigrant I take for granted.
