Its your prerogative to have high standards. I’m the same way…if you’re going to invest any amount of time with a person, it should be someone you can tolerate, and more.

I am one of those random xanga-erz that loves readin’ xangaz from time to time and yeah….
anywayz…you recent blog on STANDARD(S)… caught my eye.
Havin’ your own personal standards aint a bad thing. I personally believe that if a woman or a man knows what they want in life of the opposite sex, one day they can be with their dream guy or gaL. Just remember what standards you have and ask yourself if they are all achievable =p
Being single aint a bad thing either. when you are single, you have more time for yourself on top of whatever else you have to do or not do. You do not have anyone to go back to and worry about the significant other.
Either way… bein’ w/ someone or bein’ single aint bad things. The important thing is knowing what you want and when you want it. In the end, I hope things will be good for you and one day i hope for the best for you in finding and bein’ with the man of your own personal standards.

but i hope you find someone that meets your standards.
